Ask about a test ride or model viewing

An OFERO viewing is most useful when the intended rider brings a small set of purchase questions. Choose the questions that could change the decision before adding optional features. Keep the exact catalogue link with the agenda so everyone is discussing the same configuration.

Choose three things to understand

One question can concern access: getting in or on and reaching controls during an appropriate stationary demonstration. Another can concern daily use, such as where the complete unit will be stored and what instructions apply to charging there. A third can concern an unresolved published specification or supplied item.

Ask staff what the arranged visit can demonstrate. Confirm any ride permission, supervision and conditions separately, and request an explanation of the controls and stopping procedure. A viewing request does not establish permission to ride or to conduct passenger, load or performance tests.

Turn notes into a decision

For each question, record what you observed, what staff explained and what still needs documentation. Label another person's impression as theirs. If you compare two vehicles, record the actual versions and circumstances rather than treating different demonstrations as equivalent measurements.

After the visit, resolve the remaining material question before asking for a current quotation. A short viewing cannot establish all-day range or long-term reliability, but it can clarify the next fact you need.
